- Company sponsored pension scheme which is open to every employee and includes death in service benefit. The company contributes towards this scheme and contribution rates increase with length of service in the scheme.

Staff Social Club
As a thank you for the hard work and dedication of our people we have a Social Events Committee who arrange a variety of social events throughout the year.
The social events committee are made up of colleagues from across the business. The activities are arranged on a quarterly basis and the company contributes towards the cost.
Activities that have been arranged in the past include:
Horse riding
Theatre Trips
Walking
Weekend Camping trips
Paint Balling
Fishing trips
Meals out
Golf Events
Go carting
We also organise group social events such as a Summer and Christmas parties and regularly hold events for families too.
Sally Ferguson: Marketing Executive
I started with C&B in 2003 as a Centre Host at Tyneside Audi, two years later I joined the Marketing Department where I was appointed as Events and Sponsorship Executive. Within this role I'm responsible for organising business events and also organise lots of social events for the company.
As a company we're a very sociable, vibrant bunch. Over the last few years there's been a range of events and activities including: Paintballing, a football tournament at Old Trafford, go-karting, nights at the dogs, a camping and hiking trip in the Lake District, and even horse riding.
Every year we get together for a Christmas and a Summer Party. As well as organised activities my colleagues love getting together - any excuse, be it birthdays or payday!
For me working for C&B is made particularly enjoyable because there are such fantastic personalities within the company. Plus, everyone - even senior management - gets involved in the social side of things.
