Part Time Centre Host
We are looking for a Centre Host at Wearside Audi.
The role involves meeting and greeting all visitors to the centre, answering all incoming telephone calls, directing calls accordingly and taking messages and passing them on where appropriate. You will also be responsible for logging all incoming calls.
We are looking for someone who has had experience of dealing with customers face to face and over the phone. We require our staff to provide a high level of customer service at all times, therefore the following skills are essential:
Professional and friendly communicator, confidence in communication, professional image, good attention to detail, previous customer service experience.
IT literacy is essential. Previous experience of working in a prestige environment is desirable.
CLOSING DATE - 23rd June 2010
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri, 1- 6pm
Salary: TBC
Vehicle Technicians Required
We are seeking experienced Vehicle Technicians to join our group. The position will involve working with a range of Audi's and will offer training to support this.
Experience is essential along with the right first time attitude. We are looking for a natural team player who has a strong customer focus.
