The "Colebrook Experience".
We asked every employee to tell us three things that they felt represented Colebrook and Burgess. The ten most common were:

Shaun Baldwin, Account Manager (Sales), Newcastle Audi
I began my career with Colebrook & Burgess in 1995 as a Parts Driver after being introduced to the company by a friend of many years.
In 1997 I became a Parts Advisor. I stayed in this position until Tyneside Audi was built, at which point I moved to the new site where I began my career as a Service Advisor, with a lot of support from the Service Manager.
I later moved to Newcastle Audi, becoming a Senior Service Advisor, which was a big step for me at the time, but also a great experience.
In 2004 a Sales Executive position came up at Newcastle Audi; I was very interested in the role so I applied. I was a bit surprised when I was told I would be interviewed for the post as I had no car sales experience, but Colebrook & Burgess always look to progress individuals though the company. After discussing this in depth with various people, l I was offered the job.
Five years on I can say it's the best move I have made.
